Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership: 3-month free trial

Every new member starts with a 3-month free trial. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged a membership fee.

You can cancel through the member portal (Account → Manage billing) or by emailing castlepines@homeclubco.com.

Membership: after the trial

After your 3-month trial, your selected plan ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — no contract.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (the end of the month for monthly plans, the end of the year for annual plans). You keep your member access until then. We do not pro-rate partial billing periods.

Service bookings: cancelling before the appointment

For services you’ve booked through us:

  • More than 24 hours before the appointment: full refund. No questions asked.
  • Within 24 hours of the appointment: a small dispatch fee may apply to cover the vendor’s committed time. We’ll tell you the exact amount before you confirm the cancellation.

Reschedules

One free reschedule per booking, with at least 24 hours’ notice, to a new date within 30 days. Beyond that we may need to charge the dispatch fee described above — we’ll always confirm with you first.

Quote-based services

For services that require a quote, you don’t pay anything until you approve the quote. If you decline a quote, you owe nothing for that request. Once you approve a quote, the cancellation rules above apply starting from the scheduled appointment date.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with the work, contact us — not the vendor — and we’ll work to make it right. Depending on the situation, that might mean:

  • Sending the vendor back to redo the work.
  • Sending a different vendor.
  • A partial or full refund of what you paid for the service.
  • Covering the cost of getting the issue fixed elsewhere, when that’s the right call.

Reach out promptly — ideally within a few days of the service — so we can work with the vendor while the details are fresh. Email castlepines@homeclubco.com with what happened.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Most refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
