Why we exist
Coordinating home maintenance shouldn't be a part-time job.
Home Club started with a simple frustration: I was tired of chasing vendors. Tired of posting in the Facebook group asking if anyone had a good landscape guy, cleaner, plumber, etc. Tired of scrolling Nextdoor threads trying to guess who would actually show up. Tired of tracking down invoices, remembering to pay people, and following up when something didn't get done right.
The services themselves are predictable. Every home out here needs roughly the same 30-odd things each year — filters, HVAC tune-ups, lawn aeration, dryer vent cleaning, irrigation winterization, snow removal, holiday light hanging. What's missing isn't the services. It's someone to handle all of it for you.
So that's what I built. One membership, one point of contact, a roster of vetted local vendors — and someone on the other end actually handling it. Scheduling, follow-ups, billing, the awkward call when something needs redone.

Every vendor on our roster is a licensed professional in their trade and carries current liability insurance. We verify both before their first job — and re-check annually.

We don't just scrape Google reviews. We interview every vendor, check references, and — for most trades — do a trial job before we put them in front of a member.
Local and accountable
Every vendor is based in the community they serve or the surrounding area. They rely on their reputation in this community, not volume from a marketplace a thousand miles away.

We agree on pricing upfront, in writing. No surprise markups, no 'it turned out to be more complicated' after the fact.
